Renewable Energy

SOS have been supporting offshore wind farm projects since 2005 and have steadily built up an excellent database of skilled candidates and consultants with a variety of skill sets required for the offshore industry

SOS has specialist staff in place, in regular communication with our site based operative who provide first-hand information regarding the progress of the project. This allows us to keep abreast of the changes and new innovations in the field so we remain well prepared and able to respond to our Clients needs quickly and efficiently, as and when required. We have developed a comprehensive overview of the issues affecting the industry today and are therefore in the best position to support our Clients in this ever changing industry.

Through communication and site visits we have built up close working relationships with both our Client Managers and our Workers. The trust and loyalty that we now have with our work teams and understanding of the Clients’ work expectations ensures that there is continuity between the Construction, Operational and Maintenance (O&M) phases of the wind farm cycle and therefore the historical knowledge and experience gained can then be utilised to improve working practices for future projects.
